Dear Sir or Madam,

MASCH Software Solutions works with all customers on an invoice basis. You do not need to enter any credit card details or bank accounts when placing your order. Depending on the term you have selected, you will receive an annual invoice for your license order once a year (at the beginning of the annual term). The licenses are ordered as a subscription and are automatically extended for a further year at the conditions originally ordered if you do not cancel your license in good time and in writing. Please note that a simple e-mail is not sufficient to cancel your license. You must give notice of termination by registered letter sent by post.

The following notice periods apply:

When ordering a 1-year Abonnoment, the notice period is 30 days to the end of the term
When ordering a 2-year subscription, the notice period is 60 days to the end of the term
When ordering a 3-year Abonnoment, the notice period is 90 days to the end of the term
